Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and/or reschedule requests must be received at least 24 hours prior class time. You are responsible for ensuring that Skyrocket Training receives your request by email or other document. Late cancellation of less than 24 hours will be charged as a delivered session.

Refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.
