Refund Policy

For group class:

  • Learner understands that for public courses, minimum 6 Participants should be attending, Learner agrees to allow two weeks grace period after the pre-set date for starting the class to give time for securing attendees, Learner can’t refund his registration with in these two weeks, If Skyrocket fails to start the class by the end of the two weeks, then learner can refund his payment
  • If the learner wishes not to proceed on group classes within the grace period or after starting the course, Voucher will be given to him to attend other courses of equivalent amount
  • No refund will be given at any time unless Skyrocket was not able to start the training by two weeks of the said schedule

For private course:

  • no refund for any course and classes can be exchanged with other courses or other learner
  • Class will be expired and no refund will be given if the learner did not attend any class for three consecutive months
  • If the learner wishes to put his private classes on hold an email should be sent to accounting@skyrocket-training.com before the expiry date of the project
  • Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.
